It appears the "search" engine isn't working today when I've tried to find the answer...

Assume, I have a supply cache that gave me a mech I don't want to use at all.

Can I gift that mech to a new team member?

Is there a method to do this?

I don't believe so. The only way to gift people anything is if you buy it from the gift store and you give them the code for them to redeem.

Unfortunately there isn't. I'd love a way to give new players c-bills or mechs when they start so they aren't running trials when they drop with us. A head start would make a huge difference in the new player experience.

Buy that freaking thing and paint it gold, man, you just won the lottery. Who cares if you literally never use it, you just earned a mech from a supply cache, and that's incredibly rare.
